Mr. Dwayne Blackshear,, Sr. (known to many as "Mr. B") is the CEO and business owner of Blackshear Enterprises, Inc. Originally, Mr. Blackshear was given the assignment to launch Lynette's Professional Cleaning Services in June 2006 whose mission is servicing commercial and residential customers.

After 10 years of committed service, total dedication and showing himself faithful to business, he was blessed to launch Blackshear Enterprises, Inc. in January 2015. Blackshear Enterprises serves as a mentor to a professional group of experienced and talented contractors who have not been positioned to experience growth in their business. Oftentimes this is due to life circumstances, poor financial planning and decision making or those who do not possess the proper credentials to operate at the level of a general contractor.

Mrs. Bridgette Blackshear (Mrs. B) has over 15 years of experience and serves as the manager/director of Blackshear Enterprises. She is an efficient, hard worker, who is very friendly and outgoing. Most of all Mrs. B gets the job done and makes the cleaning experience an enjoyable one for all. She treats everyone with dignity and respect. Customer satisfaction is her number one priority!

Mrs. Roslyn Blackshear is a retired educator who brings over 42 years of experience in customer relations to Blackshear Enterprises. During her past experiences as a school teacher, principal and human resources director, Roslyn enjoys working with customers to solve problems and to help make sure our customers are happy customers.
